South Asian MPs as a Regional Parliamentary Forum, will advance South Asian regional energy cooperation by facilitating political will, institutions, and national policies. Our vision is to see a seamless integration of the regional energy market or platform in South Asia that will facilitate the most optimal and affordable use of our natural resources – delivering a sustainable and secure energy future, equally for all.

Facilitated flow of cooperation among South Asian countries is instrumental for collaborative & collective action to deal with common regional problem featured by climate impacts. Clean & renewable energy potential of hills and mountains, capitalized to catalyse the regional economic prosperity aspirations, is at the heart of Regional Energy cooperation. Together, we can secure the sustainability and strengthen our unity, developing our regional resilience towards climate vulnerabilities, protecting welfare of our people.
